Job summary

Mission Healthcare, a leading home health and hospice provider, is seeking an experienced Senior Total Rewards Leader to oversee the design, administration, and governance of our benefits programs. You will partner with Finance on budgeting and forecasting, ensure regulatory compliance, and coach the total rewards team to deliver value to employees across multiple states.

This role requires strategic thinking, strong leadership, and a data-driven approach to drive cost efficiency and employee

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in benefits or total rewards.
• Strong analytical and Excel skills.
• Experience with HRIS systems (Paylocity preferred).
• Working knowledge of benefits regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design and administration of health, welfare, retirement, and wellness programs.
• Evaluate and optimize vendor relationships and benefits offerings for cost and employee value.
• Ensure compliance with ERISA, ACA, COBRA, etc.
• Establish metrics and dashboards to measure effectiveness of total rewards programs (e.g., cost, participation, ROI, turnover impact).
• Lead and develop the total rewards team (benefits, payroll where applicable) and partner with Finance on budgeting, forecasting, and expense planning.
