Job summary

You will collaborate with HR, Payroll, accounting and vendors to ensure accurate program administration and regulatory compliance. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years in benefits administration, leave administration, or HR operations.
• Experience with HRIS platforms and benefits administration systems.
• Strong customer service and employee support skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; detail-oriented and organized.

Responsibilities

• Administer benefits programs (medical, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement).
• Manage enrollments, life events, terminations, and eligibility in HRIS.
• Serve as primary contact for benefits inquiries and vendor relationships.
• Process bills, reconcile invoices, and ensure timely payments.
• Coordinate open enrollment and benefits communications.
• Administer leave programs (FMLA, disability) and return-to-work.
• Track leave status and coordinate with payroll and managers.
• Coordinate workers’ compensation claims and related records.
• Support wellness initiatives and total rewards communications.
• Assist with compensation processes and reporting.
