Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining employee compensation and benefits programs.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to engage senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee employee benefits programs, including medical, dental, the 403(b) retirement plan, tuition assistance, wellness, and Goodwill Cares.
• Monitor medical claims cost trends and program utilization; collaborate with carriers, brokers, and partners to improve care, service, and cost management.
• Lead open enrollment, employee education, and benefits communications; maintain benefits handbook and coordinate administration and reporting.
• Advance wellness programs to support employee well‑being and participation.
• Oversee leave of absence programs and ADA/FMLA processes; coordinate with managers and external administrators.
