Job summary

US Conec Ltd. is seeking a Total Rewards Specialist to administer benefits, leave of absence, workers’ compensation, wellness, and employee rewards programs.

Responsibilities

• Administer employee benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement, and voluntary benefits.
• Manage benefit enrollments, life event changes, terminations, and eligibility updates while maintaining accurate employee records.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefits inquiries, vendor relationships, and benefits issue resolution.
• Process benefits billing, reconcile invoices, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely payments.
• Audit benefit deductions, carrier files, and enrollment data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate annual open enrollment activities, employee communications, educational resources, and enrollment processing.
• Administer leave of absence programs, including FMLA, short-term disability, long-term disability, and other applicable leave programs.
• Guide employees and managers through leave processes, documentation requirements, benefits continuation, and return-to-work procedures.
• Partner with Payroll, managers, employees, and third-party administrators to track leave status, documentation, and return-to-work timelines.
• Manage leave-related records, payroll updates, benefit deductions, and premium payments.
• Coordinate workers’ compensation claims, documentation, claims administration, and return-to-work activities.
• Maintain communication with employees, supervisors, claims administrators, and safety partners regarding claim status and work restrictions.
• Support wellness initiatives, employee engagement programs, and total rewards communications.
• Administer education assistance and student loan repayment programs, including eligibility reviews, employee support, and vendor coordination.
• Provide backup support for compensation processes, including pay changes, promotions, transfers, HRIS updates, and annual compensation cycles.
• Assist with compensation reporting, salary surveys, audits, and incentive program administration.
• Maintain accurate data and records within HRIS, benefits, leave, and compensation systems.
• Prepare reports, conduct audits, and support compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance efficiency, and strengthen the employee experience.
• Support new hire orientation, benefits education, and ongoing employee communications related to total rewards programs.
