Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, finance, or related field.
• 2+ years of benefits/compensation or total rewards experience.
• Familiarity with Workday benefits and compensation is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support administration of global benefits and compensation policies.
• Assist with compliance and competitiveness of programs with cross-functional teams.
• Support Workday configuration and reporting on enrollment, pay, headcount, and costs.
• Prepare census and compensation data; coordinate with Finance on payments.
• Maintain records and governance for benefit plans and pay practices.
• Analyze claims, enrollment, and cost data to inform management reports.
• Address inquiries related to plan requirements, enrollments, and pay data.
