Job summary

Dechert LLP is seeking a Talent Total Reward Specialist to manage day-to-day benefits and compensation administration within the primary jurisdiction. You will support policy communication, annual cycles, and open enrollment, ensuring alignment with firm values and market practices.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years in total rewards, with familiarity in Workday and strong data reporting skills. This is a key position within the Global Talent and Total Rewards team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of related experience in employee benefits, compensation, or broader total rewards, ideally in a law firm or other professional services business.
  • Working knowledge of employee benefits, pensions, compensation administration, and pay-related processes, with a willingness to broaden knowledge across additional jurisdictions over time.
  • Experience administering or supporting benefits and compensation administration in Workday preferred.
  • Good research and analytical skills; clear and concise verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

  • Support the administration of global benefits and compensation policies and procedures.
  • Assist with ensuring compliance with legal requirements and monitoring competitiveness of programs.
  • Support Workday benefits and compensation configuration and reporting.
  • Audit and reconcile census reports, compensation data, and vendor invoices.
  • Collaborate with Finance for payments and retirement plan contributions.
