Job summary

CyrusOne is seeking a Payroll & Benefits Specialist to manage day-to-day payroll, benefits, and leave administration with accuracy and care. You will ensure compliance and scalability while supporting employees and managers across our Total Rewards function.

Reporting to the Payroll & Benefits Director, you will collaborate with HR and vendors, administer benefits, and coordinate Open Enrollment, ensuring data integrity and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of payroll, benefits, or Total Rewards operations experience.
• Hands‑on multi-state payroll responsibility.
• Knowledge of benefits contract language and evaluating RFPs.

Responsibilities

• Process multi-state payroll and ensure accuracy, compliance, and on‑time delivery.
• Support weekly union payroll administration and related requirements.
• Administer employee leave programs, including FMLA and state leave rules.
• Administer employee benefits, enrollments, life events, and Open Enrollment.
• Partner with employees, managers, HR, and vendors to resolve questions.
