Job summary

The role partners with HR and Finance, supports Open Enrollment, multi-state payroll, and data integrity in HRIS systems; certifications such as CCP/CEBS/SHRM are preferred, along with strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR or related field.
• Three to five years in Total Rewards, payroll, benefits, compensation, or leave administration.

Responsibilities

• Process biweekly payroll accurately and on schedule incl. bonuses, commissions, deductions, and changes.
• Administer health, retirement, voluntary benefits, and wellness programs; enrollments and billing.
• Support annual Open Enrollment and leave programs (FMLA, ADA, state/local leaves).
• Assist compensation planning, maintain job descriptions and salary structures.
• Produce Total Rewards reports and dashboards; identify trends and improvements.
