Addison Group is seeking a hands-on Total Rewards Manager to lead benefits, compensation, compliance, and employee rewards across a diverse North American workforce in Downtown Houston.

You will own benefits programs across US and Canada, manage vendor relationships, and ensure regulatory compliance while building dashboards for executive leadership.

This onsite role offers a competitive base salary with annual bonus and a strong potential to influence growth initiatives within the organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in benefits, compensation, or total rewards.
• Direct US and Canadian benefits experience.
• Strong reporting and presentation skills.
• Onsite in Downtown Houston.

Responsibilities

• Lead benefits, compensation, compliance, and rewards programs.
• Oversee open enrollment, vendor relations, and contracts.
• Ensure regulatory compliance across US/Canada.
• Develop dashboards and analytics for leadership.
• Partner with HR, Finance, Payroll and vendors.
• Supervise and develop a benefits team member.
• Support workforce integration and growth initiatives.
