WHY GILLIG
We are looking for a Total Rewards Manager to lead the development and deployment of GILLIG Compensation and Benefits initiatives and programs. This position will lead efforts to design, implement and successfully administer competitive compensation, equity, benefits, relocation, time off and retirement programs to attract as well as retain talent essential to achieving GILLIG's business objectives. As the Total Rewards Manager, you will bring your proven best practices in Compensation and Benefits expertise while creating and leveraging innovative Compensation and Benefits practices as well as displaying a passion for building and scaling a best-in-class organization. This role will be reporting to the Vice President, Human Resources.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
EXPECTED COMPENSATION
$75,000 - $275,000/annual salary + premium benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job classification, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if a candidate receives an offer of employment.
