Job summary

• Education: associate degree required, bachelor's preferred, SHRM certification preferred.
• 7 years of progressive compensation/benefits experience in healthcare or large organizations.
• Proficient in English, healthcare pay practices, and HRIS/payroll platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop compensation strategy and conduct market benchmarking surveys.
• Maintain job architecture, descriptions, and salary structures across the system.
• Oversee health, dental, vision, life, disability, and retirement plans.
• Manage relationships with insurance carriers, TPAs, brokers, and actuaries.
• Ensure adherence to ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA, and FLSA.
• Lead open enrollment events and educate employees on benefits.
• Supervise compensation and benefits staff or coordinators.
