Job summary

Cape Fear Valley Medical Center in Fayetteville, NC seeks a Manager of Total Rewards – Compensation and Benefits to lead the strategy and daily operations of the health system's total rewards programs. Qualifications

Requires Associate degree in HR/Business Administration, Finance or related field.
Bachelor’s degree preferred in HR/Business Administration, Finance or related field.
SHRM-CP/SCP certification preferred.
7 years of progressive experience in compensation and benefits administration, ideally in a large hospital or health system.

Responsibilities

Oversee compensation strategy and market benchmarking across health system.
Maintain job architecture, classifications, and salary structures.
Administer benefits and retirement plans; manage vendors and brokers.
Ensure compliance with ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA, and FLSA; lead open enrollment and communications.
Supervise and develop compensation and benefits specialists or coordinators.
