The role requires partnering with HRBPs, Payroll, and Finance to deliver competitive Total Rewards programs while maintaining strict confidentiality and data accuracy.

The ideal candidate will have experience in benefits administration, market pricing, and Workday, with strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required.
• 5+ years of experience in HR, benefits or total rewards.
• Workday knowledge preferred; strong data reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer benefits programs, open enrollment, and vendor relationships.
• Support compensation analysis, market pricing, and merit processes.
• Assist with Workday HR data, audits, and data validation.
• Partner with HRBPs, Payroll, Finance for Total Rewards delivery.
• Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive compensation information.
