Qualified is looking for a Total Rewards Lead to lead, drive, and elevate our global compensation and benefits programs. This strategic and hands-on role is pivotal in ensuring our rewards systems attract, retain, and motivate top-tier talent while supporting a high-performance culture.

You’ll oversee the three core pillars of Total Rewards:

  • Cash Compensation

  • Equity Compensation

  • Benefits Programs

You will be a standout candidate if you bring deep expertise in:

  • Equity frameworks in pre-IPO environments

  • Stock refresh and long-term incentive programs

  • Compensation analytics and automation

  • Strategic communications with stakeholders from ICs to C-suite and Board level

Responsibilities

Program Leadership & Strategy

  • Design and implement Total Rewards programs that are competitive, compliant, fiscally responsible, and aligned with business goals.

  • Manage annual compensation processes: merit and promotion cycles, salary adjustments, and bonus planning.

  • Advise on Executive Compensation in partnership with the VP, People.

Equity & Compensation Management

  • Develop and manage global equity programs, including grant tracking, modeling, and forecasting with Finance partners.

  • Prepare for post-IPO scenarios, secondary markets, and M&A-related awards.

  • Collaborate on job architecture, salary structures, and market benchmarking (e.g., Pave, Radford).

Benefits & Employee Well-being

  • Oversee global benefits, including health plans, retirement programs, leaves, and wellness initiatives.

  • Lead strategic planning for Open Enrollment, vendor integrations, and compliance.

  • Track and report KPIs for continuous improvement and leadership insights.

Data & Technology

  • Use analytics to reinforce a pay-for-performance culture.

  • Drive automation and efficiency across Total Rewards processes.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Total Rewards within a high-growth tech/SaaS environment.

  • Proven success in building compensation strategies that support sustainable growth.

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for modeling/forecasting.

  • Deep understanding of global compensation tools and frameworks.

  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and change management skills.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement abilities.

  • High emotional intelligence and ethical standards.

  • Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments with strong adaptability.

  • Pave and Rippling experience a plus

  • Bachelors degree required
