Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of compensation and benefits, including insurance plans, vendor payments, and incentive/bonus processing, ensuring accurate and timely execution.
- Analyze market data and internal structures to maintain competitive and equitable pay practices; evaluate roles for alignment with global job architecture.
- Act as a point of escalation for complex issues and provide support to Leaders, HR, and Total Rewards Business Partners on compensation-related inquiries and issues aligned to service level agreements.
- Apply relevant labor laws and regulations to ensure all compensation and benefit practices are compliant and ensure all compensation and benefits programs comply with local regulations and company policies.
- Run and analyze Workday total rewards data in auditing for any discrepancies and identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of compensation operations.
Qualifications
- Experience of 3 to 4 years of compensation and benefits experience (multi-country is a plus)
- Minimum of 3 years working with an HRIS and ticketing system
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Total Rewards programs and practices.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation modules, ability to work within Excel with VLOOKUP/Pivots.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Languages: Fluent in English
Cultural Awareness: Demonstrated understanding of working in diverse cultural environments.
Preferred Requirements
- Certifications: Professional certifications such as Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Certified Benefits Professional (CBP), or Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).
- Utilization of compensation management software in global grading/evaluation.
- Knowledge of global compensation practices.
