  • Optimize self-funded benefits programs, balancing cost control with an exceptional employee experience.

  • Cultivate and manage strong, proactive relationships with benefits brokers, vendors, and stop-loss carriers to ensure optimal service delivery and innovative program solutions.

  • Proactively leverage market benchmarking and compensation survey data to ensure robust internal equity and external competitiveness across all job levels and functions.

  • Contribute to Total Rewards reporting and analysis efforts, providing relevant data and insights to support data-driven decision-making across the organization.

  • Collaborate closely with People Business Partners and business leaders to guide effective compensation decisions, advise on performance-based reward approaches, and contribute to impactful employee retention strategies.

  • Proactively ensure compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local compensation and benefits regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.

  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience with a strong focus on Total Rewards, Benefits and Compensation.

  • Experience in a late-stage (proven and rapidly scaling) or high-growth, private equity-backed company is strongly preferred.

  • Advanced knowledge and practical experience with Workday compensation and benefits modules.

  • Demonstrated experience leading merit cycles, short-term and long-term incentive programs (including bonus and equity), and executive compensation initiatives.

  • Proven success in actively contributing to the build and refinement of Job architecture and leveling frameworks within rapidly scaling organizations.

  • Demonstrated expertise in self-funded benefit plan management, encompassing financial modeling, strategic plan design, and effective vendor negotiation.

  • Highly analytical and adept at complex problem-solving, with excellent stakeholder management capabilities.
