Job description

Reporting to the EU HR Head, the EU Total Rewards Lead will act as regional C&B expert to translate Corporate TR strategy into regional practice and provide regional solutions and insights to support local business development and needs.

Department Description

As EU Total Rewards Lead, you’ll be joining an organization where people of all backgrounds and experiences are respected, and where we work together focused on changing lives. In this role you will report to the EU HR Head.

Your Responsibilities:

  1. Create EU regional total rewards strategy and align with global TR strategy and principle.
  2. Formulate EU total rewards framework and ensure smooth implementation.
  3. Participate in annual salary surveys and conduct market benchmark pricing to assess the competitiveness of the company's remuneration offering and provide informative analysis to facilitate business and talent decisions.
  4. Monitor government regulations, legislation, and market trends.
  5. Conduct job evaluation/leveling.
  6. Lead global compensation and benefits projects and ensure smooth implementation in the region.
  7. Propose or initiate C&B solutions (e.g., sales incentive plan, labor cost analysis modeling) based on business needs and requirements.
  8. Conduct regional benefit benchmark and propose benefit solutions to align with market practice.
  9. Propose total rewards communication mechanism based on region strategy and conduct communication activities.
  10. Ensure all C&B related projects and processes are smoothly and timely delivered with high quality.
  11. Manage the annual compensation activities including merit increase, bonus, and off-cycle salary adjustment smoothly and effectively.
  12. Continuously update and revise C&B related policies and SOPs.
  13. Work closely with Payroll to ensure the accuracy of C&B data and policy compliance.
  14. Manage the C&B budget effectively.
  15. Manage regional benefit programs and ensure smooth running of the same.
  16. Be flexible to take on additional tasks and responsibilities at the discretion of line manager.
  17. Act as a role model for the HR function and the wider organization in adherence to the WuXi corporate core values and PROUD culture.

Your Profile

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following:

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration or related majors.

Knowledge/Experience:

  1. At least 10 years’ working experience of Compensation and Benefits management.
  2. Familiar with Mercer/Aon methodology (e.g., Radford, IPE).
  3. Deep knowledge of compensation systems and structures and benefit management.
  4. Proficient in Excel and Office.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across various levels in the organization.
  6. Experience in coordinating complex projects.
  7. Ability to work independently and effectively, plan and set priorities to accomplish required tasks.

Onerous Requirements:

  1. There may be a requirement for occasional travel to locations within Ireland and overseas to support business needs. Must be willing to travel when required.
