• Experience with HR systems, policies, and HR operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and administer global compensation and benefits programs.
• Oversee annual compensation planning, increases, bonuses and equity plans.
• Lead HR policies, process improvements and HR system changes.
• Partner with HR leadership and payroll to ensure accurate pay and deductions.
• Drive AI in HR strategy and change management initiatives.
