Job summary

Unity Technologies in New York seeks a Total Rewards Partner to design, implement, and deliver compensation and headcount planning programs for senior leaders across Unity’s business functions. You will operate with autonomy, leveraging market insights and equity programs to keep Unity competitive and equitable.

You will partner with Talent Strategy and Talent Acquisition to align programs with governance and functional priorities, guiding hires, promotions, and workforce investments.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in compensation, rewards, or total rewards consulting in tech/high-growth environments.
• Demonstrated ability to advise senior leaders on compensation strategy and market trends.
• Familiarity with market pricing, incentive/bonus plans, or equity programs; ability to learn advanced areas.

Responsibilities

• Partner with functional leaders to advise on compensation and headcount planning.
• Attend leadership meetings as embedded member of Talent Leadership Trio.
• Interpret job architecture, salary ranges, and equity frameworks for governance.
• Monitor market trends and surface risks to Total Rewards leadership.
• Facilitate compensation cycles and provide feedback to Compensation and Benefits teams.
