Pacific Southwest Container, LLC is seeking a TPM Program Manager to lead the development, implementation, and sustainability of the TPM program across the manufacturing network. You will partner with site leadership, Operations, Maintenance, and other functions to improve equipment reliability, OEE, and overall performance.

You will build capability, establish TPM standards, KPIs, and train teams, driving a culture of ownership and continuous improvement across PSC facilities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years TPM experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably multi-site.
  • Experience with maintenance/reliability programs and CMMS systems.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute PSC's TPM strategy and implementation roadmap across all facilities.
  • Lead and support AM, PM, FI, and EM pillars.
  • Partner with Operations and Maintenance to improve reliability and PM effectiveness.
  • Drive OEE improvement and loss elimination with data-driven problem solving.
  • Support CMMS optimization, maintenance planning, and transition to proactive maintenance.
  • Establish TPM standards, KPIs, scorecards, and routines to measure results.
  • Develop and deliver TPM training and build capability across Operations, Maintenance, and leadership.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority.
  • Ensure TPM initiatives are implemented, sustained, and aligned with business priorities.
  • Share best practices and drive consistency across PSC facilities.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and equipment ownership.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Position Summary

The TPM Program Manager will lead the development, implementation, and sustainability of PSC's Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) program across the manufacturing network. This role will partner with site leadership, Operations, Maintenance, and other functional teams to improve equipment reliability, OEE, productivity, and overall operational performance.

The TPM Program Manager will build organizational capability, establish consistent TPM practices, and serve as a change agent in developing a culture of equipment ownership and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute PSC's overall TPM strategy and implementation roadmap across all manufacturing facilities.
  • Lead and support the Autonomous Maintenance (AM), Planned Maintenance (PM), Focused Improvement (FI), and Early Management (EM) pillars.
  • Partner with Operations and Maintenance to improve equipment reliability, PM effectiveness, and eliminate recurring equipment failures.
  • Drive OEE improvement and loss elimination through data-driven problem solving and focused improvement activities.
  • Support CMMS optimization, maintenance planning, scheduling, and the transition from reactive to proactive maintenance.
  • Establish TPM standards, KPIs, scorecards, and routines to track implementation and measure results.
  • Develop and deliver TPM training and build capability within Operations, Maintenance, and site leadership.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and influence at all levels of the organization without direct authority.
  • Partner with site leaders to ensure TPM initiatives are implemented, sustained, and aligned with business priorities.
  • Share best practices and drive consistency across PSC facilities.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and front-line equipment ownership.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Skills & Competencies
  • Strong knowledge and practical experience with TPM principles and implementation.
  • Working knowledge of AM, PM, FI, and EM.
  • Strong understanding of OEE, equipment reliability, and loss elimination.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without authority.
  • Strong coaching, mentoring, and change management capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects to completion.
Experience & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Business, or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of TPM experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with multi-site implementation experience.
  • Experience with maintenance/reliability programs and CMMS systems.
