Job summary

DSJ Global is seeking a maintenance leader in Prescott, Arkansas to guide a team of about 60, ensuring safety and continuous talent development. The role emphasizes cost-effective MRO management, proactive TPM/RCM adoption, and strong collaboration with production and engineering to improve MTBF, MTTR, PM compliance, and OEE.

The candidate will drive CMMS optimization, manage data-driven decisions, and oversee capital projects while fostering a safety-first, environmentally compliant culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent technical field).
• 10+ years of maintenance leadership in high volume manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a maintenance organization of approximately 60 personnel, driving accountability, safety, and talent development
• Manage and optimize MRO spending while balancing cost control and equipment uptime.
• Implement and strengthen TPM and RCM programs to shift the site from reactive to proactive maintenance.
• Improve key maintenance metrics including MTBF, MTTR, PM compliance, backlog management, planned vs. unplanned work, and maintenance cost per unit produced.
• Drive measurable improvements in Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) by partnering closely with production, engineering, and reliability teams.
• Oversee CMMS optimization, ensuring accurate work order management and data-driven decision-making.
• Support capital projects, equipment installations, and commissioning activities.
• Develop maintenance talent through coaching, mentoring, training, and succession planning.
• Promote a strong culture of safety, environmental compliance, and operational excellence.
