Job summary

AISIN Texas is seeking a TPM Team Member to help implement and sustain Total Productive Maintenance across manufacturing operations in Cibolo, TX. You will work with operators and maintenance staff to promote proactive maintenance and drive continuous improvement, focusing on equipment reliability and reducing downtime.

You will participate in autonomous maintenance, focused improvement, and routine inspections, reporting abnormalities and supporting root cause analysis.

Position Summary

The TPM Team Member supports the implementation and sustainability of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives to improve equipment reliability, reduce downtime, and enhance overall operational efficiency. This role involves working closely with operators, maintenance staff, and leadership to promote a culture of continuous improvement and proactive maintenance.

Position Responsibilities
