Job summary

Atrium Health Specialty Network, Inc. is seeking a Nurse Navigator in Concord, NC to support our total joints program. The RN will coordinate comprehensive care for orthopedic surgical patients, working closely with the two total joint surgeons and their clinical teams.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• Current BLS certification.
• BSN required.
• Prior orthopedic experience or nurse navigation experience is a plus.
• Certification in the appropriate field within 2 years of hire.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process for total joints patients.
• Collaborate with two total joint surgeons and clinical teams to optimize pre- and post-operative care.
