Qualifications

• Minimum of four years of progressive leadership experience.
• Relevant clinical expertise.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with medical staff to monitor patient outcomes and set clinical quality priorities.
• Lead and manage the unit’s operations to ensure safe, high-quality patient care and staff engagement.
• Develops and maintains productive working relationships; mentors staff and fosters transparent communication.
• Oversees staffing, orientation, and performance evaluations within budgetary constraints.
• Promotes evidence-based practice and continuous quality improvement across the unit.
