UPMC Williamsport is seeking a Unit Director for the Invasive Cardiology Department. The role is full-time (40 hours/week) with a day shift from 8am to 4:30pm and no weekend or holiday requirements.

Responsibilities include leading clinical and administrative functions, budgeting, staff development, and collaboration with medical staff to improve patient outcomes. Applicants must hold a BSN with MSN or higher, active RN licensure in the practice state, and prior progressive leadership

Formación

• Current RN licensure in practicing state.
• BSN at time of hire; MSN required if Master’s not in nursing.
• Experience in nursing leadership or management preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with medical staff to monitor patient outcomes and drive quality initiatives.
