Job summary

UPMC Altoona is seeking an experienced Unit Director to oversee the PACU, Surgical Pre-Testing, and Same Day Surgery Departments. You will provide leadership for clinical operations, quality improvement, staffing, and financial performance while fostering a collaborative work environment.

The role requires prior leadership experience and an active Registered Nursing license; a sign-on bonus of $15,000 is available for eligible candidates who commit to a two-year work agreement.
