Qualifications

• Minimum three years' recent hospital experience.
• Orthopedic experience preferred but not required.
• Current Texas RN license.
• BLS certification required.
• Excellent teaching, organization and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Center of Excellence team to support the Total Joint Program.
• Perform follow-up communication and documentation for total joint patients.
• Serve as clinical resource for joint replacement care and educate staff.
• Monitor patient care in real time and advocate for necessary elements of care.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and Joint Commission standards.
• Assist with data collection, reporting and process improvement.
