Job summary

Enerpac Tool Group Corp. is seeking a Total Cost Out Program Manager in Milwaukee, WI. The role leads the program management discipline to identify, prioritize, execute, and track enterprise cost savings initiatives across procurement, supply chain, operations, and engineering.

Travel up to 25% may be required. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 7+ years of experience in manufacturing environments, with strong communication and leadership skills to drive savings

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field is required.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to organise project data, validate assumptions, and translate information into actionable insights.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects with measurable impact (cost savings, productivity, outsourcing, VA/VE).
• MBA, PMP, CPM, or related certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the consolidated total cost out funnel and tracker across multiple functions.
• Lead governance routines to validate assumptions, prioritize projects, assign ownership, track milestones, and report savings.
• Develop and improve the total cost out operating model and standard processes.
• Monitor funnel health, savings pipeline quality, and risk factors.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to support make-vs-buy evaluations and savings actions.
• Prepare executive-ready updates translating project details into clear insights and actions.
