Enerpac Tool Group is seeking a Total Cost Out Program Manager to lead a cross-functional initiative focused on identifying, prioritizing, and delivering enterprise cost-savings opportunities across procurement, supply chain, operations, and finance.

The role requires strong project management, business acumen, and the ability to influence in a matrixed organization while coordinating sustaining engineering resources and governance cadences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional programs with measurable impact.
• Experience in cost-out, VA/VE, and make-buy or outsourcing projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the consolidated total cost out funnel and tracker across functions.
• Lead governance routines to validate assumptions, prioritize projects, and report savings.
• Develop and improve the total cost out operating model and standard work.
• Monitor savings funnel health, risks, and project aging to ensure delivery.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to support make-versus-buy and supplier ideation.
• Prepare executive-ready updates translating detail into clear insights.
