Milwaukee Tool is seeking an Operations Project Leader to support NPD launches, improve processes, and drive cost-effective manufacturing initiatives across multiple sites. You will manage schedules, lead cross-functional teams, and communicate complex technical details to engineers and non-engineers.

Qualifications

Relevant degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, supply chain or operations.
Graduate studies in business areas such as Project Management, Finance, Marketing, or Organizational studies.

Responsibilities

Lead multiple moderate to highly complex operations projects for NPD, process improvement and manufacturing support.
Create project schedules and resource plans and document meetings.
Track schedules and manage risks, escalating as needed.
