Job summary

W3Global in Central Ohio is seeking a Litigation/Trial Attorney (Insurance Defense) to independently manage a caseload from intake through resolution or trial. You will handle all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, and motion practice, and take and defend depositions.

You will draft, argue, and strategize motions, evaluate cases to develop litigation strategy, and communicate with clients with regular reporting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of civil defense litigation experience.
• Active Ohio Bar license required.
• Strong legal writing, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage cases independently and make strategic decisions.
• Comfortable collaborating within a team-oriented environment.
