• Serve as trial counsel in appropriate matters.

What You'll Do

• Manage a caseload of insurance defense matters, primarily personal injury and motor vehicle accident cases, with exposure to coverage, general casualty, bad faith, and appeals
• Own files from intake through resolution, including written discovery, fact and expert depositions, and motion practice
• Evaluate cases and provide clear, timely reporting to insurance clients
• Serve as trial counsel in appropriate matters

What You Bring

• 3+ years of civil defense litigation experience, with insurance defense casework (PI, MVA) required
• Active Ohio bar license in good standing
• Strong analytical, writing, and organizational skills
• Comfort managing a high volume of files independently while collaborating with firm leadership
