Job summary

Orion Placement is seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Attorney to manage a diverse civil docket from inception through resolution. You will draft pleadings, motions, and discovery while conducting legal research and trial preparation.

The role offers mentorship, collaboration, and opportunities to handle hearings, depositions, and negotiations for a respected client base. Qualified candidates must be admitted to the Ohio Bar with 2+ years of civil litigation experience and strong writing

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse civil litigation caseload from inception through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and develop effective litigation strategies.
• Represent clients in hearings, depositions, mediations, and court proceedings.
• Collaborate with experienced attorneys to prepare cases for trial.
• Negotiate settlements and advocate for clients throughout the litigation process.

Pay: $95,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year

Note: Applicants must be licensed to practice law in Ohio and have at least 2+ years of civil litigation experience. Strong legal research and writing skills are required. Insurance defense experience is preferred but not required.
