Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania is required.
• Bar admission in New York, New Jersey, Delaware or West Virginia is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong legal research, writing and advocacy abilities.

Responsibilities

• Litigation and counseling: deposition, arbitration/mediation and jury trial experience preferred.
• Client interaction: engage with clients to address their legal needs.
• Case management: handle cases from inception to resolution, including research and writing.
• Attention to detail: manage a high volume of cases with precision and organization.
• Interpersonal skills: collaborate with colleagues and clients at all levels.
