Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
• 1–3 years of experience practicing at a law firm.
• Experience in commercial litigation, business disputes, complex civil litigation, product liability, or related areas.
• Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar in good standing, or willingness to sit for the Pennsylvania Bar at the next available opportunity
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Support a diverse litigation practice involving complex business disputes and commercial matters.
• Work on high-value litigation alongside seasoned trial lawyers in a collaborative environment.
• Assist in all phases of litigation from inception through resolution.
• Contribute to mass tort and multidistrict litigation matters when applicable.
