Job summary

Benoit Premium Threading LLC is hiring a Torque & Test Personnel in Houma, LA. The role involves performing torque and test operations safely and efficiently, following work orders, and ensuring adherence to both Benoit and customer specifications.

You will assist with assembly, testing, and equipment maintenance. Applicants should have 1–2 years tong/CTM experience, knowledge of downhole tools, and the ability to read assembly drawings.

Qualifications

• Basic data entry ability is required.
• Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness.
• 1–2 years tong/CTM experience preferred.
• Knowledge of downhole tools preferred.
• Ability to read assembly drawings preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Move accessory items in and around the torque & test shop for Work Order/Router requirements.
• Remove protectors, clean connections, drift, and prepare products for assembly and test operations.
• Ensure Benoit and customer requirements are followed.
• Perform assembly make-up and pressure testing of accessories per work instructions.
