Job summary

Axis Energy Services is seeking a Torque & Test Technician to support field-based torque, testing, and pressure-control for wellsite operations. The role involves installing, removing, and testing BOP, frac, and wellhead equipment, with emphasis on safety and adherence to procedures.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma and 1+ year of relevant experience, with preferred familiarity with high-pressure testing up to 25,000 psi and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school graduate/diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of Torque & Test Technician or similar experience.
• Familiarity with pressure pumps up to 25,000 psi and related testing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform hydrostatic testing to verify integrity and identify leaks.
• Test pipe, pipelines, vessels to identify defects and pressure issues.
• Install, remove and test BOP, frac and wellhead equipment.
• Troubleshoot leaks and problems with frac and wellhead equipment.
• Travel up to 75% to remote job sites.
