Qualifications

• 2+ years of Torque Technician experience
• Knowledge of calibrated torque tools and equipment
• Ability to bolt flanges correctly per BOM
• Strong safety mindset and teamwork
• Willingness to work on active job sites and in outdoor conditions

Responsibilities

• Execute bolting and joint integrity services per procedures.
• Operate calibrated torque tools, including wrenches and torquing equipment.
• Identify and use tools required to perform assigned work.
• Bolt up flanges using BOM materials.
• Identify improper flange connections (hi/lo, wrong gasket or bolts).
