Optimized Process Designs (OPD), part of Koch Engineered Solutions, seeks a Torque Technician in Carthage, TX. You will perform bolting and joint integrity services using calibrated torque wrenches and hydraulic/pneumatic tools, ensuring flange connections meet BOM specifications.

Safety and teamwork are emphasized on every job. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of Torque Technician experience, prior gas plant exposure, and a demonstrated safety leadership mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years as Torque Technician.
• Experience with calibrated torque tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform bolting and joint integrity services per procedures.
• Operate calibrated torque wrenches and torque equipment.
• Bolt up flanges using BOM materials.
• Identify improper flange connections and correct them.
