Job summary

RevMax, part of Race Winning Brands, is hiring a Torque Converter Assembler in Charlotte, NC for a full-time, first-shift role. You will build, machine and inspect torque converters, turning components into finished units while maintaining quality and safety.

Responsibilities include assembling impellers, turbines, stators, and seals, operating manual lathes and grinders, and keeping precise records. You will support packing, inventory and process improvements in a fast-paced shop environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Put safety first and never pass on a defect.
• Work like a pit crew and innovate to improve speed and quality.
• Build and assemble torque converters, including impellers, turbines, stators, bearings and seals.
• Machine converter components using manual lathes, mills, grinders and other tools.
• Inspect parts and finished units with micrometers, calipers and gauges.
• Keep accurate records of specifications, assembly procedures and inspection results.
• Help box products, assemble kits and count inventory between builds.
• Take ownership of your work and look for ways to make it better.
• Help keep our workplace safe, organized and respectful.
