Job summary

RevMax, part of Race Winning Brands, seeks a Design Engineer in Charlotte, NC to support high-performance transmissions and drivetrain components. You’ll diagnose issues, coordinate with engineering and service teams, and help ensure customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has extensive hands-on transmission experience, strong problem-solving, and proficiency with diagnostic tools and ERP/CRM systems. You’ll document findings and drive root-cause analyses to deliver reliable, race-ready

Qualifications

• 10+ years in the automotive transmission industry.
• 5+ years building transmissions.
• 3+ years in technical support or customer issue resolution for automotive transmissions.

Responsibilities

• Own diagnosis, warranty investigation and root cause resolution for customer issues.
• Collaborate with technical sales, product builders and engineering to address concerns.
• Troubleshoot transmission problems using manuals, bulletins and wiring diagrams.
• Document findings and provide clear guidance to customers and teams.
• Track recurring issues to spot systemic problems before claims arise.
