MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Education High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred. Customer service experience strongly preferred.
• Skills and Knowledge Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and guest-flow management abilities. Professional appearance and friendly demeanor. Basic knowledge of reservation systems and POS platforms preferred. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
