Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience managing personnel, preferably in a service organization.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to manage technical applications and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of Service and Install Departments.
• Plan and schedule to meet daily customer commitments and execute plans.
• Monitor workload and manpower to meet budgets and client needs.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to customer satisfaction.
• Lead budgeting processes and drive profitability for the Topeka market.
• Improve safety, warranty, and customer satisfaction through data-driven actions.
