Job summary

Encore Boston Harbor is seeking a Bartender to prepare and serve beverages for guests at our bar counters. You will demonstrate strong knowledge of beer, wine, champagne, liquor, and garnish preparation while leading Bar Apprentices and Bar Porters with guest service in mind.

The role requires at least 2 years of bartending in a high-volume environment, conversational English, and MA Gaming Commission licensing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a high-volume environment.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain MA Gaming Commission license.
• Conversational English required; second language a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages to guests at bar counters according to standards.
• Learn and maintain knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, and garnishes.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of bar before and after service; ensure clean bar and proper stock rotation.
