Qualifications

• 3–5 year associate with significant restructuring experience in bankruptcy & corporate restructuring
• experience with Chapter 11 proceedings
• strong written and verbal communication skills
• outstanding academic credentials
• analytical, drafting, advocacy and client-management abilities

Responsibilities

• Handle complex bankruptcy and restructuring matters across all stages, including motions, hearings and contested matters
• Represent debtors, creditors and official committees of unsecured creditors in Chapter 11 and related proceedings
• Collaborate with senior lawyers to manage multiple engagements in a high‑stakes environment
• Draft pleadings, motions and other court filings and participate in hearings and negotiations
