AutoNation is seeking an Experienced Sales Associate to sell new and used vehicles at agreed gross profit, while delivering outstanding customer satisfaction and achieving volume targets. The role relies on proactive prospecting, product knowledge, and a commitment to excellence.

You will work with a broad national inventory, supported by a best-in-class CRM and relationships with leading lenders to help customers finance their purchases.

Formación

• Over 1 year automotive sales experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Valid in-state driver's license and a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to exceed automotive sales and customer service goals.

Responsabilidades

• Sell new and pre-owned vehicles at gross profit, customer satisfaction and volume standards.
• Provide exceptional customer experience and guidance throughout the car-buying process.
• Follow up with customers to close deals and build long-term relationships.
• Coordinate with lenders and finance options to secure deals.
• Maintain product knowledge and dealership standards to drive results.
