Qualifications

• At least 2 years of pastry/cold line experience (3+ preferred).
• Ability to work pastry and pantry stations in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Work the pastry and pantry stations at the cold side of the line.
• Assist with cake decoration, petit fours, mignardises, and gluten-free items when needed.
• Coordinate food orders to support timely delivery to each table and meet special requests.
• Communicate effectively with the BOH team in a loud kitchen environment and maintain high standards.
