Reports to: Top Shop ManagerEmployment Status: Seasonal FLSA Status: Non-ExemptPOSITION SUMMARY)Perform clerical and administrative functions such as drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files, or providing information to callers. Generally assist management staff to ensure efficient and productive operation of the administrative function of the department.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & DUTIEWelcomes and directs visitors and clients;Use computers for various applications, such as database management and word processing with an emphasis on work orders and billing administration;Answer telephones and emails; provide information and direct inquiries to the appropriate department/personnel;Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions;Create, maintain, and enter information into databases;Set up and manage paper or electronic filing systems, recording information, updating paperwork, or maintaining documents, such as attendance records, correspondence, or other material;Operate office equipment, such as fax machines, copiers, or phone systems and arrange for repairs when equipment malfunctions;Possess the ability to react productively to other duties as reasonably assigned.QUALIFICATIONSPossess reliable transportation to work. Proficiency in office software applications (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, etc). Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent organizational and time management abilities.EDUCATIONHigh School diploma or equivalent preferred.
