Job summary

Raytheon Technologies in Aurora, CO is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer – Mission Management to apply MBSE, requirements decomposition, and system integration across the program. The role is on-site in Aurora and requires active DoD TS/SCI clearance before start.

You will support analyses, define interfaces, contribute to Agile development for software teams, and participate in test planning and verification activities within a DoD government contract.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics and 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience across lifecycle activities: ConOps, requirements, functional analysis, interfaces, verification and validation.
• Development experience on a government contract.
• Experience in systems engineering, systems integration and/or test.
• Active and transferable DoD TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain Special Program Access.

Responsibilities

• Support MBSE analyses and definition of how the system works.
• Decompose requirements, define interfaces, and determine validation/verification by test team.
• Support capability and feature designs for software engineers in Agile development.
• Assist with execution of program test activities including test architecture and verification.
• Support regression testing across releases to the program baseline.
• Attend technical reviews and coordination meetings.
