Job summary

Insight Global in Massachusetts is seeking a Systems Engineer to apply broad engineering expertise to plan, design, integrate, test, and sustain secure, resilient communications and information systems across the full lifecycle.

You will gather and manage system requirements, analyze data for performance and risk, conduct trade studies, and present findings to leadership. Experience with MBSE, MOSA/Open Mission Systems, and DoD programs is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• ~3–7+ years of systems engineering experience across full lifecycle.

• Develop and manage processes to collect, track, and maintain system requirements (Mission Worthiness Assessment).
• Analyze system data to support performance, risk, and mission success evaluations.

• Collaborate with engineering teams, program offices, and Air Force stakeholders.
• Present findings to senior leadership in a clear, concise way.

Support system design, integration, testing, and validation across the full lifecycle

Conduct trade studies (cost, schedule, performance, risk) to support decisions

Collaborate with engineering teams, program offices, and Air Force stakeholders

Present findings and updates to senior leadership in a clear, concise way

Support digital engineering / MBSE efforts and system documentation
